Three brothers from a humble farm in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, uprooted their lives to pursue the American dream. The three brothers’ pursuit became more than just hard work and determination when they opened their first restaurant.

Los Gordos Mexican Taqueria was opened in Aurora in 2007. The small, seven-table restaurant became the anchor of their success. Less than two years later, the Garcia brothers opened a second location in Lakewood. In March of 2013, they celebrated one-year anniversary of their third location, Los 3 Garcia’s  Mexican Restaurant, in Conifer, where locals and mountain vacationers enjoy delicious, family-inspired Mexican meals. In the summer of 2017 they opened their fourth restaurant located on Hidden Lake in Arvada Colorado.
