At 3 Garcia's we do not charge for the space. A client can book half of the space including patio or rent the entire space.
There is a minimum that has to be spent of food and beverage depending on the time of year, whether it's a morning or evening event and the date of the week.
During the summer we are able to seat 160 for dinner or 300 for a cocktail party.
Our patio overlooks the beautiful Hidden Lake.
We have an open vendor policy.
